This section describes the menus used in Weavecentrix Desktop. It gives you a quick description of each menu option and a link to the appropriate sections of the help manual which describe the functionality in detail.
You should also refer to the Keyboard Shortcuts, the SAP Toolbar and the P3 Toolbar sections.
· Exit command – closes down Weavecentrix Desktop. If you are logged in to P3 or SAP, you will be logged out first.
· Summary Display
o SAP Summary Display Wizard – the SAP Summary Display Wizard is used to control which work order elements are displayed on the summary screen.
o P3 Summary Display Wizard – the P3 Summary Screen Wizard is used to control which P3 project elements are displayed in the summary screen.
· Login to SAP – the Login to SAP option uses your SAP credentials logs you in to SAP. If you are already logged in to SAP, this menu option will be displayed as Logout of SAP and is used to close your connection to SAP.
· Filter Configuration – the Filter Template Wizard is used to select and arrange SAP work order header fields into a filter which can be used to extract work orders out of SAP.
· Apply Filter – the Apply Filter command is used when you want to extract work orders out of SAP before you transfer them into your Primavera P3 project.
· Select All – the Select All menu option is used to mark all the work orders displayed in the SAP workspace of Weavecentrix Desktop. This option is used when your are Transferring Work Orders or you are Unlocking a Work Order's SAP Schedule. It is one of the methods that you can use when you are Selecting Work Orders to Transfer or you are Selecting Work Orders to Unlock.
· Deselect All – the Deselect All menu option is used to clear the mark on all the work orders displayed in the SAP workspace of Weavecentrix Desktop. It is one of the methods that you can use when you are Selecting Work Orders to Transfer or you are Selecting Work Orders to Unlock.
· Transfer – the Transfer option is used when you are Transferring Work Orders between SAP and Primavera P3.
· Unlock Date – the Unlock Date menu option is used when you are Unlocking a Work Order's SAP Schedule.

· Project Configuration – takes you to the Project Configuration Wizard which controls P3 project settings used by Weavecentrix Desktop.
· Open Project – the Open Project menu option opens your Primavera P3 project and reads the activities and resources into the P3 workspace of Weavecentrix Desktop.
· Select All – the Select All menu option is used to mark all the work orders displayed in the P3 workspace of Weavecentrix Desktop. This option is used when your are Updating SAP Schedule Dates . It is one of the methods that you can use when you are Selecting Work Orders to Update.
· Deselect All – the Deselect All menu option is used to clear the mark on all the work orders displayed in the P3 workspace of Weavecentrix Desktop. It is one of the methods that you can use when you are Selecting Work Orders to Update.
· Transfer – the Transfer option is used when you are Updating SAP Schedule Dates.

· Weavecentrix Online
o Weavecentrix Desktop Website – this option will take you to the Weavecentrix website.
o Support Desk – the Support Desk option will take you to the Technical Support section of the Weavecentrix website.
· Licensing Assistant – you can use the Licensing Assistant to upgrade your license.
· Deactivate License – you use the Deactivate License option when you want to transfer your commercial license to another computer system.
· About Weavecentrix Desktop – view the licensing information, version and build number of your copy of Weavecentrix Desktop.
