To log in to Primavera P3, either click on the Login to P3 button on the P3 toolbar or use the Activities option on the menu and select Login to P3. The P3 Login dialog box will be displayed as shown below.
Enter your Primavera P3 username and then enter you password if you use one.
Click on the Login button. The dialog box will disappear and you will see the progress of your connection on the status line of the P3 window. During this time, the status light will show yellow. When you have fully logged in to P3, the status light will show green. Any problems during logging in will be reported via a popup message box and the status light will show red.
You must have Primavera P3 installed to be able to log in to P3.

Once you have logged into P3, the toolbar button and the menu option change to Logout of P3. Clicking on the toolbar button or selecting the menu option will now log you out of Primavera P3.
