You have two choices for activating your license. The standard way of activating is via the online method. Some companies do experience issues with this method as there is a two-way communication between the Licensing Assistant and the Activation Server. This can cause a problem with company firewalls so we also provide an offline activation service.
When you select the Online Activation method, you use an internet connection to send your details to the activation server. It will process your details and then let you know that your license has been activated. It normally only takes a few seconds for this process to happen.
When you cannot use the online activation process, you can select offline activation instead.
In this process, you are provided with your license number and your activation key. You should then send these in an email to either activate@weavecentrix.com or sales@weavecentrix.com. You will receive a reply with your activated license attached. Use the Licensing Assistant to install your newly activated license. If you have any problems, please contact Technical Support.
